Full Service Management
Full-Service Management is a service model that is, likely, most commonly thought about when it comes to retaining a service provider.
The manager will perform site inspections and coordinate contractors and resources for the Corporation. Owners will contact the management office to make service requests, register complaints, etc. The manager may meet with the Board of Directors on a monthly or bimonthly basis where monthly financial statements are reviewed, and, decisions about maintenance and other matters are discussed and decided.
In the full-service management model, the manager works very closely with the Board of Directors to support their duties and obligations.
The full-service model is certainly the most common relationship we see, but it is not the only solution. See "Financial and Support" for more information.
